Feel free to ask for progress updates anytime, but don't rush me. If you have a hard deadline, inform me so I can adjust my schedule!

Provide clear images and details of your character, pose, background, props. (a link to a compilation of your references is recommended).

I accept payment through Paypal & Ko-fi (international), QRIS & Jenius (local).

Payment upfront for orders below $80 USD / 300k IDR. For orders that cost more, 50% down payment is accepted.

All price listed are personal use only. Commercial / monetization purposes can be discussed.

No refunds after I start working. If I am unable to complete your order due to personal circumstances, I will issue a full refund. I will notify you promptly if that is the case.

Workflow: order confirmation > invoice sent > sketch for approval > finishing > second invoice (if down payment was requested) > final piece sent via email / drive link

Major revision in the sketching phase only, 3 minor revisions afterwards. Extra revisions will cost more.

Completion time vary. Chibis may take between 3-7 days, painted style illustration may take between 2 - 8 weeks after sketch approval. I will update you at every step.

I retain the right to display my artwork on my portfolio / social media unless requested otherwise. Please inform me if you want to keep your commission private.

NFT and AI database usage prohibited.
